Your role
You will join a team of experts and consultants specializing in data-driven marketing strategy, customer insights, analytics and data collaboration. In this role, you will lead and coordinate client data collaboration projects, drawing on your expertise in media and data marketing while leveraging the multidisciplinary skill sets across Numberly teams.
Localisation
The role is located in Brooklyn. It could also be based in Montreal or Paris in the short term before being located in New York City in the mid-term.
What you will do
- Contribute to measuring incrementality rather than simple attribution of digital media campaigns (from CTV to Search and Social) on multiple Clean Room environments (Retailer, Publisher, Social platforms).
- Oversee the delivery of media and retail media audiences, campaign measurement, and all client deliverables—such as consumer insights and campaign performance.
- Partner with a broad ecosystem of stakeholders (publishers, media agencies, creative agencies, technology partners, etc.) to deliver best-in-class data-driven campaigns.
- Facilitate client meetings and workshops to uncover strategic challenges and co-create innovative solutions that continuously improve media strategy, planning, and buying.
- Partner with clients to identify new opportunities to create value from their own data and that of their existing or potential partners (data collaboration, customer insights, etc.).
- Help clients solve complex data and marketing challenges by combining consulting methodologies (competitive analysis, benchmarking) with technical and data expertise (audits, analytics).
- Support the technical setup and execution of new use cases, including measurement frameworks, insight generation, and dashboarding.
- Contribute to building our collective knowledge base in data marketing and to expanding Numberly’s consulting offering.

Preferred qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in media planning, measurement, and full-funnel marketing.
- Masters’ degree.
- Based in the U.S. (current or within the near term).
- Native-level English proficiency with strong knowledge of the U.S. media and technology landscape.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Solid background in retail media, media planning and tracking, and data analysis/measurement within complex technical environments.
- Experience working across a diverse ecosystem of clients and partners, including agencies, retailers, and technology providers.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage and coordinate complex projects.
- Familiarity with data collaboration, data clean rooms, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and experimentation is a plus.
